Start with four known values.

To store: type a number, then press N, I/YR, PV, PMT, or FV. To solve: press the key for the unknown without typing a new number.

Recall: press RCL, then a financial key. You can also edit a stored value directly in the workspace.

Shift: press the orange arrow, then a key with an orange label. For example, 30 → Shift → N stores 360 periods when P/YR is 12. Shift → MAR switches Begin/End mode. Shift → Equals, then a digit, sets display precision.

Signs: use +/− for money going out. A borrower typically enters a positive PV and receives a negative PMT answer. FV is an additional cash flow at the end of the last period.

Clear: C clears the current entry and pending arithmetic. Clear financial values resets the five TVM registers. Shift → C resets the whole calculator.

Keyboard: use numbers, arithmetic symbols, Enter, Backspace, and Escape. N, I, P, M, F select the five financial keys. R recalls; S activates the orange shift. Arithmetic evaluates in entry order.

Included: TVM, cash-flow NPV and IRR, loan amortization, arithmetic, percent, margin, markup, memory, and basic statistics. The keys follow the original HP 10bII layout. This is an independent learning implementation, not HP firmware.
